National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Personal trainer who has lived in Cool since 1975. She recently retired from Folsom Cordova School district as a special education assistant to return to Cool to be closer to family and establish her personal training business. 

 

Sandy wants to guide you every step of the way to help you discover the benefits of training that helped her become the person she is today. There’s nothing more important to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong.  

She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years working in both family operated and corporate gyms.  Her training with Cool Physical therapy helps her clients through injury rehabilitation. Sandy specializes in assisting senior clients with their fitness goals and is committed to helping people achieve a better quality of life.

Justin Chinevere has over 12 years experience of helping his clients gain improved quality of life through fitness. Justin brings his military background to the discipline of personal training with a discerning emphasis on routine and postural form.

 

Specializing in rehabilitation, pre-habilitation, and posture; Justin teaches group Functional Fitness classes at Cool Gym and schedules clients for personal fitness programs.
